2002 - Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce "Small Business Beautification Award" given for cleaning up the property at 6362 Robinson Road. Also, planting shrubs and paving the parking lot.

2002 - Awarded "Approved Auto Repair Facility" from AAA. Plaque states "awarded to Hillman Automotive Inc. for meeting the stringent requirements of the AAR program in all of the following areas:

2002 - Member of the Empire State Towing and Recovery Association

2003 & 2004 - "Top Shop" Award. This award is for highest quality customer service as decided by the members of AAA through surveys (2004 was the last year the Niagara-Orleans Club was in this competition.)

2004, 2005 & 2006 - Voted "Best Automotive Repair Shop" by the readers of the Lockport Union-Sun & Journal

2004 - Received the Diane Meyers Award from Rapids Volunteer Fire Department for aiding and assisting in the Kitchen World fire

2004 - Received a Certificate of Excellence from the Rapids Volunteer Fire Department for assistance in the Kitchen World fire

2005 - Awarded a Certificate of Merit from the New York State Assembly for assisting Rapids Volunteer Fire Department in the Kitchen World fire

2008 - Awarded the AAA "Service Provider of Excellence" Gold Level for overall excellence for delivery of roadside assistance. This award is given to four providers at gold, silver and bronze levels each year with an area covering all of the United States and Canada. Gold Level winners are only allowed to enter this competition every third year.
